Continue reading »]]> This past weekend I made a quick trip to Florida to do some skydiving and cable riding. Friday after meeting up with some friends in Melbourne, I headed over to Skydive Sebastian and jumped all day! Had a great time doing some jumps with the local club Jump In and you can check out some of the jumps at their FB page . At the end of the day I got to do my first night jump. Man it was unreal. Saterday I headed south and visited with my parents. Then Sunday went to check out the new cable park in the keys. The Otherside has done an awesome job of setting this thing up and  its only going to get better. Theres even talk of adding more than just a cable to the complex, but youll just have to wait and see. Check them out at KeysCable.com

Continue reading »]]> Ive been getting some epic days of riding up here in Charleston! Its been warm and windy every few days. Yesterday was one of the most fun days Ive had in a while, and one of the windiest. I was riding my 10 nemi all day and was perfectly powered, then we had a front come through and it picked up to something around 30 gusts to 40. So needless to say we were all pretty lit. The few of us who stayed on the water had an awesome boosting session with a few pretty knarly loops thrown in there. The crew around here is awesome and a lot of fun to ride with. There were a couple people on the beach taking photos before it rained and heres a few from Kathy Hare.

Continue reading »]]> Alright, back on the east coast and back on the water. We had a great trip across the country, saw lots of places, and met the coolest people! We even ended up raising a ton of money for Simply Smiles! I got to get out on the water the other day and man who knew kiting was such a work out! After being off the water for two months, a quick 2 hour sesh got my abs so soar I could barely roll over in bed. Not to worry though, Im not as rusty as I expected. Right now Im down in FL, made a quick trip to the keys and caught up with the crew at oTHErside. Now Im up in Sebastian, and tomorrow looks good and windy! Stoked to be back kiting!

Continue reading »]]> Right now Im out in San Francisco gearing up for a trip Ill be taking over the next two months. Ill be taking a break from kiting, and bicycling across the country with a friend to raise money for the charity Simply Smiles. The biking thing is really new to me and this idea only came up about a month ago, but now Im out here and getting set up with a local bike shop Bay Area Bikes and we leave August 7th.
